Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
  • Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly fee
  • We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding balances

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of:

  • Pre-existing tools, code libraries, and methodologies
  • Generic components that may be reused in other projects
  • The right to display work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)

Limitation of Liability

BWK Digital Solutions provides services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Issues caused by third-party services or platforms
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service

Confidentiality

We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Payment is due for all work completed to date
  • You will receive all completed deliverables
  • Deposits for incomplete work may be partially refundable at our discretion

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
