Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with our work, we'll work with you to make it right. We offer reasonable revisions within the scope of your project agreement.
Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation:
Before work begins: Full refund of any deposits paid.
After work has begun: Payment is due for all work completed. Any unused portion of deposits may be refunded at our discretion based on the percentage of work completed.
After deliverables are approved: No refund is available once you have approved the final deliverables.
Cancellation by BWK Digital Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:
- The client fails to provide necessary information or feedback after reasonable attempts
- Payment is not received according to the agreed schedule
- The project scope changes significantly from the original agreement
If we cancel a project, you will receive all completed work and a refund for any unearned fees.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method when possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative.
